Honor-Roll Remodeling LLC specializes in all things remodeling! Kitchens, bathrooms, basements & everything in between. We are a small family owned & operated business serving homeowners in Northern Virginia for the last 15 years. Our ideal candidates are self-motivated, with a desire to learn new skills or expand existing ones. We pride ourselves on living up to our motto “A Grade Above The Rest.”

We are looking to grow our team to include employees who are able to take on interior & exterior tasks sometimes independently, or with 1-2 others on site. Tasks will include demo, rough & finish carpentry, light plumbing/electrical, exterior repairs such as small siding replacement, painting, roof repairs, and just about everything aside from HVAC. The perfect candidate for this position is someone that will be able to run a crew in 6 months to a year.

Primary Tasks:

• Jobsite management, preparation, & cleaning
• Rough & finish carpentry
• Drywall repair & installation through painting
• Handyman tasks
• Punch list tasks
• Other remodeling related tasks

Requirements:

• Great attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
• Understanding of basic residential remodeling process
• Some experience required
• Ability to lift 75 lbs
• Valid driver's license and proof of citizenship
• Own tools
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Proficiency in English
