MEET THE TEAM
Originally from Ohio, Jeff began his career in manufacturing, but it was in general contracting that he found his true calling. He was struck by how often clients were treated as afterthoughts—and he knew there had to be a better way. Driven by a desire to deliver a more thoughtful, human-centered experience, Jeff moved his family to Northern Virginia to join a contractor who shared his values. When that company unexpectedly shut down, Jeff didn’t give up—he got to work.
He founded Honor-Roll Remodeling with a simple mission: to raise the standard of what remodeling should feel like. For the first ten years, he ran the business on his own, pouring himself into every detail. Today, Jeff leads a growing team that includes some of the people closest to him, continuing to build more than just beautiful spaces—he’s building a legacy of trust, craftsmanship, and care.

Rachael brings a wealth of experience in human resources, compliance, and organizational management to the Honor-Roll team. She keeps our internal operations running smoothly—overseeing bookkeeping, managing state and local compliance, and supporting the team with day-to-day HR functions.
Throughout your project, Rachael is your go-to for the final phase. From coordinating invoices and scheduling cleanings to arranging photography and handling any post-project needs, she ensures every detail is handled with care—so your experience ends just as smoothly as it began.

Hailing from Cochabamba, Bolivia, Daniel brings over 15 years of remodeling experience with a specialized focus on kitchens, bathrooms, and home additions. Combining his background in Business Administration with a genuine passion for craftsmanship, Daniel is known for his meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.
